Av. An. Diipika A'c, Damyantin Verma

Didi, also known as Av. An. Diipika A'c, Damyantin Verma, is a passionate yoga and meditation instructor. Her journey with yoga began at the young age of 17, and she has embraced a yogic lifestyle ever since.
1999, she further deepened her knowledge by training at the Ananda Marga global training center in Bangalore, India. Since then, Didi has been sharing her expertise by leading online and offline yoga and meditation sessions around the world.

Didi is proficient in teaching in multiple languages, including English, Hindi and Indonesian, ensuring that her guidance is accessible and inclusive to a diverse audience.

Meditation

Meditation is the Latin word, which means to think deeply, ponder, to contemplate. Meditation is the journey towards our own inner self, tomwads our own consciousness.This art of concentration or meditation is very important for every one. If somebody wants to achieve something great in life so must have to practice meditation.

     Meditation practice is based on the common psychological belief that "as you think, so you become". The constant practice of meditation on one idea embodied in the subtle sounds will slowly and gradually transform the practitioners thought's and behavior towards Subtleness and higher awareness.

    Greatest role of Meditation in our life is to relax the mind,increase will power which helps to overcome from stress ,anxiety, depression and many others physical and mental illness

Yoga Asana's

Yoga Asana's means 'pasture comfortably held'. There are many yoga postures about 50.000 including all the variations, invented by yogis to affect different glands and chakras, and thus to affect the mind and body in various ways.

    Yoga postures will not only maintain physical health but will rectify various defects in the endocrine glands, there by removing the disturbing emotions and mental imblanace which may hamper concentration.

SOUND HEALING

Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. A sound healing session involves lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by music instruments.

    Sound vibrations have a pretty powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. It may also be able to help with certain physical and mental health conditions.

MAT PLATES

Pilates is a mind-body exercise emphasizing core muscle strength, attention to muscle control, posturing, flexibility, and breathing to promote physical well-being.
